A Psychological Chess
Mysterious, enchanting and very clever. The reader is invited to play a psychological chess with Conchis and Fowles.

this book is amazing, at so many levels
This book was wonderful -- definately 5 stars. It creates a world within a world, and throughout the
reading, it is difficult to know what is real, and what is pretend. So many things are warped, you will
want to read it until the end.

My favourite sci fi ever
This is first book i read that pulled me into scifi and it is truly my favourite. There is a certain warmth and personal feel to the talkative narrative. It reads as if narrator-character Mannie is guiding you along side by side to the fascinating society of the Moon while sharing with you an ingenius plan of conspiracy to win freedom for all fellow loonies.
No, this great conspiracy not only consists of a computer,a one-armed techguy,a woman and a professor, but also the reader!

Wonderful story, filming, photography & soundtrack.
I cried then as a young man and now as an old one.Must have seen half a dozen times and still come back for more. For a love story, thrilling non-stop action. Lelouch cuts all unnecessary links between scenes, extensively useing color and music to match emotions. So few words, translation not even necessary - maybe more than any other 'foreign' film, the strengh of feeling transmitted by the original voices makes up for having to occasionally read sub-titles. Let's not tamper with perfection! And the mealtime scene with the children is a cameo that should make the hardest nut laugh and cry. A must for every human being! Turn off the lights, take the phone off the hook, no beverage breaks, sit back - indulge yourselves.
